The Role
We're seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist. This role is designed for a proactive marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining strategy with hands-on execution.
You'll play a key role in optimizing the company's digital presence, improving lead quality, managing marketing campaigns, and identifying new opportunities to drive business growth through social media, SEO, email marketing, and website optimization.
Location: Must be in Colombia – Remote.
Environment: Colombian and International Teams.
Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).
Timezone: Monday to Friday – 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST.
Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.
Requirements
- Education: Degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 5 - 7 years of experience managing digital marketing initiatives, including social media, SEO, website management, and email marketing.
- Skills:
- Strong social media management experience, particularly with Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram)
- Facebook Pixel knowledge and campaign optimization experience
- SEO best practices and localized content optimization
- WordPress website management
- Email marketing platforms such as Constant Contact or similar
- Canva proficiency for marketing asset creation
- KPI tracking, reporting, and performance analysis
- A/B testing and campaign optimization
- Content creation and blog publishing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English

Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media accounts
- Run and improve Meta/Facebook campaigns
- Monitor and improve Facebook Pixel performance
- Execute A/B testing initiatives
- Maintain and update WordPress website
- Publish and optimize localized SEO blog content
- Manage Constant Contact email campaigns
- Create and edit Canva-based marketing materials
- Support direct mail marketing campaigns
- Track marketing KPIs and identify opportunities for improvement
- Research competitors and recommend new ideas/tests
- Assist with occasional video editing and content repurposing
