About the Role:
As a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will take charge of leading and developing brand and performance marketing plans for multiple brands, each catering to distinct customer demographics and product ranges. Your primary responsibilities will involve collaborating with the business and marketing teams to conceive, execute, and assess diverse marketing campaigns spanning various digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop digital media plans based on the unique target markets and business objectives of managed brands
- Manage and track digital working media budgets to deliver on business objectives
- Identify media KPIs across the digital consumer journey and drive opportunities to optimize campaigns and digital media channels to meet those KPIs
- Work and negotiate with third party digital partners to keep up to date on innovations and test and learn opportunities

- Analyze and evaluate different paid media campaigns to determine ROI, cost, performance, and other metrics and ensuring set KPIs are achieved or exceeded
- Prepare and present reports with the DM team highlighting performance, insights, and recommendations to internal stakeholders

- Help define business questions and objectives with internal stakeholders and provide strategic solutions through the use of digital media
- Work with the DM team and internal stakeholders to build, manage, scale, and measure campaigns across a range of digital channels to hit business objectives
Job Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience in
- Meta Ads (Collaborative Ads, Reach and Frequency, Auction Ads, Meta Pixel, etc.)
- Google Analytics Universe (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, etc.)
- Lazada or Shopee Sponsored Solutions and Seller Center
- Tiktok Ads (In-Feed, Affiliate, and Livestreams)
- Project management experience
- Exceptional communication, collaboration, and data-analysis skills
- A passion for data and metrics-driven marketing
- Ability to interpret data and translate findings into actionable strategies
