We are looking for a motivated, execution-focused Digital Marketing & Growth Specialist to support our recruitment marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who is eager to learn, grow, and work hard in a fast-paced environment.
You will focus primarily on content execution, LinkedIn growth, basic SEO implementation, and supporting lead generation initiatives. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong work ethics, attention to detail, and a willingness to grind and improve continuously.

Key Responsibilities
- Publish and manage content on our website and LinkedIn
- Assist in writing blog posts, newsletters, and marketing content
- Support LinkedIn growth and engagement strategies
- Conduct basic keyword research and optimize content for SEO
- Assist in managing Google Ads or paid campaigns (if applicable)
- Design simple marketing creatives using Canva
- Monitor basic analytics (traffic, engagement, leads)
- Research companies with active hiring needs
- Support leadership in marketing and branding initiatives
- Maintain consistency in posting schedules and campaign execution
Required Qualifications
- 13 years of experience in digital marketing
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn marketing
- Basic understanding of SEO principles
- Experience using Canva (or similar design tools)
- Good written English and copywriting skills
- Organized and able to meet deadlines
- Comfortable working US business hours
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Self-starter mindset does not require constant supervision
Preferred (But Not Required)
- Experience supporting a recruitment or staffing company
- Basic Google Ads or Meta Ads knowledge
- Familiarity with SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.)
- Marketing or Business-related degree
