DIGITAL MARKETING EXPERT

Be part of JTI's global digital marketing engine and help bring data‑driven CRM campaigns to life across international markets. In this role, you'll sit at the core of our global eCRM operations, executing high‑impact lifecycle and campaign communications for RRP brands. You'll work with advanced CDP and marketing automation platforms while collaborating closely with global and local stakeholders to deliver high‑quality, consumer‑focused experiences at scale.

What You'll Do:

• Execute end‑to‑end CRM campaigns and lifecycle communications across email and other CRM channels for assigned markets
• Build activation‑ready audience segments in the CDP using the global data model to enable accurate and compliant targeting
• Configure, deploy, and optimize CRM workflows in marketing automation platforms based on market briefs and campaign objectives
• Build, load, and QA personalized HTML emails, ensuring correct rendering, personalization, and flawless delivery
• Apply global execution standards, naming conventions, and governancerules to ensure consistent multi‑market delivery
• Collaborate with global eCRM, data, and technology teams to continuously improve processes, templates, and automation efficiency

What We're Looking For:

• 2 to 3 years of hands‑on experience with CDP and marketing automation platforms in a multi‑market or multi‑stakeholder environment
• Strong understanding of CRM data models, targeting logic, and lifecycle marketing
• Solid HTML email build experience, including compatibility and rendering checks
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and markets under tight timelines with high attention to detail
• Experience with Treasure Data and Adobe Campaign Classic v8 is a strong plus
• Strong English communication skills and confidence working with global stakeholders
