Role Description The Digital Marketing Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur. In this position, you will plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, search, and creating social media advertisement setting up awareness, engagement, and conversions goals. You will create and manage content for websites and social platforms, coordinate campaign calendars, and ensure brand consistency in all communications. Daily tasks include monitoring social media analytics, captions, preparing performance reports, and making data-informed recommendations to improve campaign results. You will collaborate closely with designers, copywriters, and account managers to support client objectives and deliver timely, high-quality marketing outputs.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Marketing, with the ability to plan and execute integrated digital campaigns aligned to business goals.
  • Excellent Communication skills for clear, persuasive written and verbal interactions with internal teams and clients.
  • Hands-on experience in Social Media Marketing, including campaign setup, audience targeting, content scheduling, and community management.
  • Proficiency in Web Content Writing to create concise, engaging, and SEO-aware content for websites, landing pages, and digital ads.
  • Ability to interpret Analytics data (e.g., Meta Analytics or similar tools) to track KPIs, optimize campaigns, and report insights.
  • Familiarity with basic SEO principles, marketing automation tools, and online advertising platforms (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads) is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in digital marketing.
