Sunnystep is hiring an AI-native Digital Marketing Executive to drive digital growth, campaign execution, and marketing performance across our consumer brand. This role is for someone who can use AI as a daily working tool, not just someone who is interested in marketing. The right candidate should be able to create faster, analyze better, test more ideas, and improve marketing output using AI.
This is a hands-on execution role covering paid media, content, CRM, website, e-commerce, marketplaces, retail campaigns, and customer engagement. You will work closely with marketing, design, retail, e-commerce, customer experience, and product teams to turn business priorities into campaigns that drive traffic, conversion, retention, and revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Use AI tools daily to create, refine, and test ad copies, campaign hooks, EDMs, social captions, product content, landing page content, and promotional messages
Support digital campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, email, website, marketplaces, and other relevant platforms
Analyze campaign performance and improve ROAS, CAC, CTR, CVR, retention, customer engagement, and sales conversion
Run structured testing across creatives, audiences, offers, keywords, landing pages, and customer segments
Use AI to summarize campaign data, extract customer insights, track competitors, identify trends, and improve execution speed
Maintain campaign calendars, reporting trackers, content pipelines, and execution checklists
Work with internal teams to launch campaigns for product launches, retail events, promotions, seasonal moments, and customer retention
Help build scalable AI-enabled marketing workflows that reduce manual work and increase output quality
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Data, Psychology, Economics, or a related field
Strong interest in AI, automation, digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer brands
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Canva AI, or similar platforms
Familiarity with digital platforms such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, GA4, Shopify, CRM/email tools, or marketplace tools is preferred
Strong writing ability, analytical thinking, and commercial judgment
Able to work with data, identify patterns, and propose improvements
Fast learner with strong ownership, attention to detail, and execution discipline
Bonus: experience in paid media, SEO, CRM, marketplace marketing, analytics, content production, or marketing automation
We are looking for someone who can move fast, learn fast, and use AI to produce high-quality marketing work at a much higher speed than a traditional marketer. This role is best suited for a builder who wants to grow with a fast-scaling consumer brand and help define how AI-powered marketing should operate.
