Easy Outsource (easy-outsource.com) helps North American companies hire top global talent at a fraction of local cost. We're growing fast and need someone who can own our website's visibility in Google and in AI answer engines.

What you'll do

• Own technical SEO: site speed and Core Web Vitals, indexing, sitemaps, robots.txt, canonicals, schema markup, redirects and fixing crawl errors.
• Grow our visibility in AI search (generative engine optimization, or GEO) across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google AI Overviews: structured content, llms.txt, entity and citation building.
• Manage Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster Tools and GA4, and report weekly on US and Canada rankings, traffic and leads.
• Plan on-page SEO and content with our writers: keyword research, briefs, titles, meta descriptions and internal linking.
• Support landing pages, conversion tracking and paid campaigns as needed.

What you bring

• 4+ years in digital marketing, with hands-on technical SEO.
• At least one website migration you can walk us through, ideally Webflow, WordPress or static sites to Hostinger or cPanel hosting.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS, DNS, SSL, .htaccess and hosting control panels.
• Experience with Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or Semrush, Search Console and GA4.
• A working understanding of how AI answer engines pick their sources.
• Clear written English, self-managed, reliable overlap with Eastern Time hours.

You will also lead the move of a website content inventory, a one-to-one 301 redirect map, staging, DNS cutover with email records left untouched, and post-launch checks for broken pages, with zero lost rankings.
