What You'll Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of strong digital marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, real estate, or premium brands
- Proven end-to-end campaign management (planning, execution, optimization, and performance reporting)
- Advanced expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, and performance marketing, with measurable results and ROI accountability
- Strong proficiency in analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, marketing automation platforms)
- Experience in digital content strategy, social media management, and website management (WordPress)
- Technically skilled in digital platforms, campaign optimization, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Detail-oriented, brand-conscious, adaptable, and results-driven in fast-paced environments
What You'll Be Responsible For
Listings and Property Onboarding
- Manage all frontend property listings, including company website updates
- Create and upload content for new and existing listings; coordinate with the Marketing team for content approval before publishing
- Verify the accuracy of listing information, including descriptions, photos, amenities, policies, and related details across all platforms
- Handle platform onboarding for all newly signed residences
- Submit requests to IT for the creation of new property email addresses and iCal links
- Add new properties to internal systems, spreadsheets, and all relevant platforms
- Update CRM lead forms by adding new residences to dropdown lists
- Maintain and update content blocks to ensure consistency and accuracy
- Review new property details from the Business Development team and prepare them for onboarding
- Prioritize and execute the full onboarding process across all platforms, including TRACK, the company website, MLS, and OTAs
- Create and configure residence profiles within TRACK software
- Maintain and regularly update property listings across all channels
- Conduct daily reviews of website pages and promptly report issues
Marketing Campaign Coordination
- Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels, including email, social media, and website promotions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing strategies with brand values and business goals
- Oversee marketing project timelines and deliverables to ensure on-time execution
Digital & Content Management
- Manage and update content across all group websites to ensure accuracy and alignment with marketing goals
- Liaise with assigned agencies, including advertising and web maintenance teams, to optimize website content for SEO and SEM
- Ensure all digital platforms remain accurate, current, and performance-driven
- Create, schedule, and monitor social media content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Coordinate the development of promotional materials, including property spotlights, newsletters, and marketing assets
- Manage and update content across all OTA platforms to align with marketing and business objectives
Brand Management
- Ensure all marketing communications reflect the luxury brand and maintain a consistent tone and visual identity
- Assist in developing compelling messaging that engages luxury clientele and highlights service differentiation
Analytics & Reporting
- Track and analyze key performance indicators for digital campaigns, social media engagement, and website traffic
- Generate insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives
- Prepare and present regular marketing performance reports to leadership
Event & Partnership Support
- Support the planning and execution of special events, including property showcases and client experiences
- Coordinate with external partners and luxury brands to strengthen market presence and strategic partnerships
Administrative & Operational Support
- Maintain organized marketing files, assets, and databases for easy access and retrieval
- Provide administrative support, including vendor coordination and expense tracking
