About the Client
A growing jewelry brand that sells handcrafted and retail pieces primarily through weekend inperson markets and a few online channels. The business has limited online sales today and is seeking to scale digital revenue quickly, especially for the upcoming holiday season. They need a handson marketing partner who can build visibility, launch sales campaigns, and finish/optimize online sales channels.
Why does this role exist
This role exists to move the business from inperson, weekendfocused revenue to predictable online sales by creating and executing a fast, salesfocused social and ecommerce strategy. The assistant will build and run highimpact holiday campaigns, take ownership of social content and platform growth, and finish/improve the website and shop funnels to start generating measurable online traffic and sales within 30 days.
The Impact you'll make
Social media marketing & content creation- Plan and publish Instagram posts, captions, reels, and stories consistent with brand voice.
- Engage with followers and respond to customer DMs/comments to drive conversions.
- Crosspost/adapt content for Facebook, and explore TikTok/Pinterest when appropriate.
Campaign planning & execution (holiday focus)- Design and run sales-driving campaigns (e.g., 12 Days of Christmas daily product posts).
- Schedule and execute promotional calendars, limited-time offers, and bundle deals.
- Coordinate creative assets, copy, and approvals for timesensitive campaigns.
Ecommerce & website management- Finish or improve the GoDaddy website to support conversions and checkout flow.
- Optimize Etsy listings and manage Etsy shop operations to increase sales.
- Set up Facebook commerce listings and link shop inventory across platforms.
Analytics, tracking & revenue optimization- Monitor traffic, engagement, and conversion metrics; report weekly.
- Test post formats, captions, and promotions to improve ROI.
- Track campaign results and make datadriven adjustments to boost sales.
Client communication & operations- Attend scheduled video/phone calls and calendar meetings for alignment and approvals.
- Maintain content calendars and deliverables, and provide timely status updates.
- Coordinate with the client on product details, photography needs, and fulfillment notes.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
Required:- Proven experience driving jewelry (or fashion/accessory) sales via social media.
- Demonstrated social media marketing experience (Instagram required; TikTok/Pinterest/Facebook preferred).
- Handson experience with Etsy shop management and building or improving GoDaddy websites.
- Portfolio or case examples of sales-focused campaigns with measurable results.
- Ability to work US Central Time schedule (MF, 95 CT) and commit 40 hours/week.

- Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.
- Internet speed of at least 40MBPS
- Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam
- Back-up computer and internet connection
- Quiet, dedicated workspace at home
Your Superpowers:- Instagram content creation (posts, reels, captions), basic visual editing, and scheduling tools.
- Ecommerce platform familiarity (Etsy, GoDaddy, Facebook commerce).
- Basic analytics (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, Etsy stats) and campaign tracking. Soft:

- Monday - Friday, 9:00 am 5:00 pm Central Time
Compensation:- $6 per hour
