Inviting applications for the role of Process Developer, Digital Marketing/Sales Representative!

In this role, you will provide exceptional sales and service to customers or prospects by handling incoming inquiries to the Customer Contact Centre via email, chat, or phone call. Calling all digital marketing enthusiasts.

Responsibilities

Provide relevant consultative support and assist customers in achieving the best possible resolution to their challenges.

Exemplify the brand.

Respond to and resolve escalated customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Investigate complex customer issues and identify root causes.

Work with other teams to develop and implement solutions to customer issues.

Escalate critical issues to the appropriate team.

Stay up to date on client's products and services, as well as industry best practices.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

Education qualification: High School and above.

Strong understanding of social media products and services

Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to communicate effectively and empathize with customers.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Experience or a relevant industry certification in digital marketing, or eCommerce, or B2B/B2C sales, or digital ad sales, or related field.
