We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Virtual Assistant to support our team with a variety of administrative, marketing, and operational tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced remote environment.
This role involves data entry, social media management, customer service, online research, and Shopify store support, so we are looking for someone who is both reliable and adaptable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate and efficient data entry and maintain organized records
- Manage social media accounts, including content creation, photo editing, scheduling, and posting
- Assist with social media strategy and engagement
- Conduct online research and organize findings
- Provide customer service support, responding to inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Manage vendor relations and communications
- Assist in managing and updating the Shopify store, including product listings and updates
- Provide general administrative and operational support as needed
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role
- Experience with social media management and content creation
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
- Experience with photo editing tools or design tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus
