About The Role
The organization is seeking a
Digital Marketing and Content Associate to support a newly acquired brand for which they are the master distributor in the United States.
Key responsibilities include strong content creation, such as editing videos and content using tools like Photoshop, running the entire social media and email campaign strategy, and managing website content conversion rate optimization. This role reports directly to the marketing manager and will be driving growth through social media, focusing on strategy and traffic to the website.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Adaptation: Edit video and static assets using tools like Photoshop; tailor global brand assets (lifestyle videos/photos) to resonate with the USA customer profile.
- Campaign Management: Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution for all social media and email marketing channels.
- Performance Tracking: Manage daily social media postings and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement.
- Growth & Conversion: Drive high-quality website traffic through social strategy and manage Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) to maximize sales.
- Strategic Alignment: Participate in daily morning and afternoon video stand-up calls with the Marketing Manager to ensure project milestones are met.
Competencies And Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or a high-growth creative role.
- Graphic Design Proficiency: Proficient in Photoshop and video editing softwares.
- Meta Ads Strategy: Experience with Paid Meta Ads, specifically the ability to analyze, test, and pivot creative content based on performance data.
- Social Media Mastery: Extensive background in driving organic growth, community engagement, and daily platform management.
- Email Marketing: Experience managing high-volume email workflows (4–6 campaigns per week) from concept to deployment.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo for email automation and segmentation.
- Background in SEO or Google Ads (keywords/campaign management).
- Experience with the bidding and budgeting side of paid ads
