Role Description
We are looking for a talented and versatile Digital Marketing & Content Designer to join our growing B2B team. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who thrives on creating compelling content across digital channels and producing polished, professional design assets that support our business goals. You will be the driving force behind our social media presence and the creative engine behind our digital content library - from engaging LinkedIn posts to beautifully designed workshop materials, workbooks, and takeaway sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
• Plan, create, and publish content across all social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
• Maintain a consistent posting schedule aligned with our content calendar
• Monitor engagement and respond to community interactions
• Track performance metrics and report on channel growth and content effectiveness
Digital Content Creation
• Design and produce high-quality digital assets, including workbooks, takeaway sheets and guides
• Create and update workshop and training presentations
• Develop branded templates that can be reused across teams
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex ideas into clear, visually engaging content
Brand & Design
• Maintain brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Ensure all assets adhere to brand guidelines in terms of typography, colour, and tone
• Suggest and implement design improvements to existing materials
Campaign Support
• Support digital marketing campaigns with creative assets and copy
• Assist with email marketing design and layout
• Contribute ideas for content themes, campaigns, and creative directions
Qualifications
• 3–5 years of experience in a digital marketing, content creation, or design role (ideally in a B2B environment)
• Advance proficiency with Canva
• Proven track record managing social media channels professionally
• Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone for different platforms and audiences
• Experience creating structured documents and training materials (workbooks, presentations, guides)
• Solid understanding of B2B content best practices and buyer psychology
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines independently
Nice to Have
• Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g. Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
• Basic understanding of SEO principles
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Later)
• Video editing or short-form video creation skills
• Experience working in a remote-first environment
