Digital Journalist & Editorial News Writer

AWISEE.com is a fast-growing global digital platform delivering high-quality content and thought leadership across industries. We are looking for a Digital Journalist & Editorial News Writer to research, write, and manage news posts for our blog while supporting media outreach, AI-assisted content creation, and visual storytelling.

This role is perfect for a multi-talented writer who combines journalistic skills, content creation, and strategic media outreach. You will help position AWISEE.com and our leadership as thought leaders in the industry, create engaging news and editorial content, and support outreach to media outlets for features, interviews, and mentions.

• Research and monitor industry news, trends, and breaking stories relevant to our audience.

• Write clear, accurate, and engaging news posts, blog articles, and editorial pieces.

• Edit and proofread content, maintaining high editorial standards and consistent style.

• Use AI tools to assist in research, content ideation, and drafting news or blog posts.

• Create visual content and infographics using Canva to complement written articles.

• Manage the blog platform, publishing content and ensuring correct formatting and SEO optimization.

• Conduct media outreach to secure mentions, features, or interviews for the company or leadership.

• Track performance metrics of posts and suggest improvements for engagement, SEO, and outreach strategy.

• Collaborate with the team to plan editorial calendars, content series, and campaign-aligned news coverage.

• 24 years of experience in journalism, editorial writing, or digital media.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong research, fact-checking, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools to create infographics or visuals.

• Comfortable using AI tools for content research, drafting, and ideation.

• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPres, etc.) and basic SEO principles.

• Experience with media outreach, PR, or securing online features is a plus.

• Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects independently.
