Job Overview
The Digital Growth Specialist is responsible for managing and growing the company's online presence through website management, SEO, organic content, and social media. This role focuses on increasing qualified leads, improving website performance, and strengthening brand visibility through organic digital marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company WordPress website
- Create and update landing pages and website content
- Implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website pages
- Monitor and improve website speed, user experience, and conversion rates
- Manage technical SEO including site structure, indexing, and broken links
- Create and manage SEO-driven content such as blogs, landing pages, and case studies
- Manage organic social media platforms including Facebook and Instagram
- Plan and schedule content aligned with marketing campaigns
- Analyze website and campaign performance through regular reporting
- Support local SEO and location-based marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align branding, messaging, and campaigns
RequirementsQualifications
- Strong experience with WordPress website management
- Knowledge of SEO, technical SEO, and content optimization
- Understanding of website performance, UX/UI, and responsive design
- Experience managing organic social media platforms
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools is an advantage
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and results-driven
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction, manufacturing, or home improvement industries
- Experience handling SEO for multiple locations
- Understanding of paid media and digital marketing integration
