About the RoleZenphi is a B2B AI Workflow Automation platform helping organisations automate business processes on Google Workspace.
Organic search and AI-driven discovery are core to how we grow. We're hiring a Digital Growth & SEO Specialist to own our entire digital presence: website performance, technical SEO, and visibility across both traditional search and LLMs. You will be accountable for how this channel performs — from visibility to traffic to pipeline impact.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead on strategy, with the autonomy to execute. If organic traffic drops, you'll know why before anyone else does. If an AI model stops recommending us, you'll notice and fix it.
What You'll OwnWebsite Health & Performance
- Keep Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) in the green across desktop and mobile
- Audit and optimise the WordPress/Elementor stack — scripts, widgets, code quality
- Manage caching, CDN configuration, and image optimisation
- Diagnose and fix render-blocking resources, DOM bloat, and third-party script issues
- Set up performance monitoring and alerting
Technical SEO
- Own crawl health: broken links, redirects, duplicate content, canonicals
- Maintain site architecture — sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, meta tags
- Implement and maintain structured data/schema markup
- Run regular technical audits and prioritise fixes
- Track keyword rankings and flag organic traffic anomalies
LLM & AI Search Visibility
- Identify and fix gaps where Zenphi is missing or mispositioned in AI-generated answers for key prompts
- Monitor Zenphi's presence across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and emerging AI search surfaces
- Actively improve the signals that drive LLM recommendations: brand mentions, content structure, authority
- Ensure pages are structured so AI models can understand, cite, and recommend us
- Track and report on LLM-sourced traffic and lead quality
On-Page SEO & Content Support
- Execute keyword targeting and on-page optimisation guided by the marketing team
- Support content publishing: headings, meta descriptions, page structure, internal links
- Keyword research, competitor tracking, and content gap analysis
Continuous Improvement
- Stay ahead of algorithm changes and AI search trends
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow our digital footprint
- Benchmark against competitors and close the gaps
- Run experiments to improve rankings, visibility, and conversion — and scale what works
What We're Looking ForMust-have skills:
- Solid hands-on WordPress experience: theme/child theme management, Elementor optimisation, plugin management
- Proficiency with caching tools (WP Rocket or similar) and CDN configuration (Cloudflare or similar)
- Able to act on PageSpeed Insights/Lighthouse reports without guidance
- Comfortable in Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and basic HTML/CSS
- Strong technical SEO fundamentals: crawlability, indexation, schema, canonicalisation
- Genuine curiosity about LLMs and AI search — and the initiative to act on what you find
- Ability to adapt SEO strategies to evolving search behaviour
- Ability to independently identify problems and drive solutions
Nice to have:
- Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar SEO tooling
- Familiarity with structured data formats (JSON-LD) and how they influence search features
- Any hands-on exposure to tracking or improving LLM/AI search visibility
- Experience working in a B2B SaaS environment
