Job Description
The Digital Growth Expert is responsible for driving digital acquisition, adoption, and engagement strategies for the Online platforms to maximize customer growth, retention, and revenue. This role plays a critical part in optimizing digital funnels, leveraging AI-driven personalization, and enhancing Omni channel experiences to create seamless, high-impact customer journeys.
1. Digital Acquisition & Adoption Strategy
- Develop and implement customer acquisition strategies across paid, owned, and earned digital channels, optimizing reach, conversion, and cost efficiency.
- Enhance the digital onboarding journey, ensuring a frictionless first 90-day experience that reduces early churn and boosts digital adoption.
- Design and execute high-impact digital marketing campaigns, leveraging paid media, organic content, and audience segmentation to attract high-value customers.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies to improve organic traffic, discoverability, and customer engagement.
- Implement AI-driven personalization and automation tools to create hyper-personalized digital experiences, increasing retention and user satisfaction.
2. Digital Funnel Optimization & Performance Marketing
- Analyze conversion rates at each stage of the digital sales funnel to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies for landing pages, digital ads, and lead-generation campaigns.
- Optimize ad performance and ROI across Meta, Google, TikTok, and Programmatic Ads, ensuring precise audience targeting and budget efficiency.
- Collaborate with Product and Customer Experience (CX) teams to create seamless transitions from marketing to sales to onboarding, reducing friction in the user journey.
- Deploy dynamic retargeting campaigns based on user behavior and intent signals to re-engage potential customers.
3. Data-Driven Growth & Engagement Analytics
- Track, analyze, and optimize customer behavior metrics across digital platforms to inform growth strategies.
- Monitor key CX performance indicators, including bounce rate, session duration, CTR (click-through rates), and conversion rates.
- Develop predictive analytics models to forecast churn risk and implement targeted customer retention strategies.
- Build and maintain a Digital Acquisition & Adoption Dashboard for real-time tracking of performance, attribution, and campaign impact.
- Leverage AI-powered engagement tools, such as chatbots (e.g., THEA), push notifications, and automated workflows, to drive retention and digital customer engagement.
4. Digital Channel Optimization & Omni-channel Integration
- Ensure seamless, consistent customer experiences across all digital touchpoints, including self-service platforms, chatbots, mobile applications, and online portals.
- Align digital engagement initiatives with offline brand experiences, ensuring a cohesive omnichannel strategy.
- Identify friction points in digital journeys and collaborate with UX/UI and Product teams to enhance usability and navigation.
- Establish a mobile-first strategy, optimizing user engagement for smartphones, tablets, and app-based interactions.
- Serve as a brand advocate for digital transformation, ensuring that digital channels are prioritized for business growth.
5. Innovation & Emerging Digital Growth Strategies
- Research and implement new digital growth models, including voice search, conversational commerce, and AI-powered engagement tools.
- Identify opportunities for strategic partnerships with third-party digital platforms (e.g., GCash) to expand customer reach.
- Pilot and implement emerging AI-driven technologies for hyper-personalization, automating customer interactions and enhancing digital service delivery.
- Ensure data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across all digital customer interactions, adhering to GDPR and local data protection policies.
- Foster a culture of continuous digital experimentation and innovation, ensuring that the company remains at the forefront of digital customer engagement.
