Key Responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance workstream within a large-scale business transformation
- Delivering As-Is process assessment and To-Be process design and providing recommendations for improvement
- Leading the finance shared services operating model design and implementation
- Conducting business case analysis for a shared services / outsourcing advisory / operations transformation / process improvement program
- Supporting the client account team in business development including leading client RFP response, solution development, participating in client orals, commercials etcDeveloping and maintaining relationships with clients and networks
- Using S&C and CFO&EV methods, frameworks and assets to deliver solutions to clients
- Supporting the development and contributing to the S&C and CFO&EV practice, capabilities and solutions
Qualification
- Good understanding of end-to-end finance processes, especially Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report
- Strong experience in finance process improvement projects, finance transformation, target operating model design, setup or implementation of finance and accounting shared service centers
- Basic understanding or working knowledge of some of the leading finance systems such as SAP, Oracle, BlackLine, etc.
- Good communication, problem-solving, project management and leadership skills
- Preferably CPA, MBA or similar designation
- Open to cross-country relocation
