Join us as an: Digital Engagement & Culture Specialist
Role Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, tech-proficient, and self-led Digital Engagement & Culture Specialist to join our distributed team. This role is responsible for the end-to-end management of employee engagement initiatives in a remote-first environment. We require a professional who understands that a distributed culture relies on seamless communication, interactive online experiences, and highly structured digital systems.
Technical Proficiency
As our team operates primarily in a digital environment, the successful candidate must demonstrate high proficiency in the following:
- Google Workspace Proficiency - Advanced ability to manage data beyond basic entry. Produced professional, well-structured, and hyperlinked project proposals and documentation.
- Virtual Engagement Platforms: Savvy in utilizing online tools for remote games and team-building.
- Communication & Documentation Standards: A disciplined approach to digital transparency. You ensure all project details are documented to keep all relevant team members informed and aligned.
Core Responsibilities
- Project Ownership & Execution: You will manage the end-to-end logistics for assigned initiatives. This includes conducting ocular inspections, sourcing at least three supplier options for comparison, and handling execution from start to finish.
- Logistics & Sourcing: You are expected to bring a wide network of reliable suppliers and possess the ability to negotiate and manage these relationships effectively.
- Strategic Planning: We maintain a strictly non-reactive workflow. You will manage an advanced roadmap, initiating major events 6 months before the event
- Remote-First Engagement: Design and implement creative activities specifically tailored for a distributed workforce, ensuring engagement remains high regardless of physical location.
- Complete Endorsements: Manage every detail of coordination—pricing, payment requests, delivery schedules, and supplier contacts—ensuring a Complete Endorsement so the team can provide support without gaps in context.
- Internal Coordination: Present refined concepts and supplier comparisons to the internal team for brainstorming and creative input before final executive submission.
Candidate Profile
- Self-Led: You demonstrate the initiative to bring solutions, data, and options to the table without requiring constant managerial direction.
- Detail-Oriented: You have proven experience managing the tiniest details of an event, from the initial sourcing to the final onsite or virtual execution.
- Strong Communicator: You are a clear and proactive communicator, ensuring the team is always looped into the progress of your tasks.
- Systems-Driven: You utilize digital tools to track every variable of a project, ensuring no detail is overlooked.
Work Arrangement
- This is a 3x a week hybrid setup, with the requirement to be on-site for event executions and critical planning phases.
