As a Digital Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will collaborate with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees, aligning with market developments and firm strategy.
As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations. Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Collaborating with subject matter specialists to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, and educate employees
- Fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth within the organization
- Managing performance and leveraging team members unique strengths to meet client expectations
- Analyzing and identifying linkages and interactions within systems to improve processes
- Taking ownership of projects, including planning, budgeting, execution, and completion
- Developing skills outside comfort zones and encouraging others to do the same
- Facilitating training sessions and developing training materials to support learning initiatives
- Engaging in stakeholder communications and managing stakeholder expectations effectively
- Upholding professional and technical standards, including the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor Degree
- At least 7 years of experience in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- At least one of the following: Human Resources certification (e.g. SHRM, PHR)
- Developing training materials and facilitating training sessions
