Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Ecommerce Manager role based in Quezon City. The Digital Ecommerce Manager will oversee the end-to-end management of InnoGen's ecommerce platforms, including product catalog setup, pricing, promotions, and content updates. This role will plan and execute digital campaigns to drive online sales, optimize customer journeys, and enhance the online brand presence in line with regulatory and ethical standards. The person in this role will monitor performance metrics, analyze customer behavior and sales trends, and recommend data-driven improvements to increase conversion, retention, and overall profitability. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with marketing, sales, regulatory, IT, and supply chain teams to ensure accurate product information, compliant messaging, adequate inventory, and timely order fulfillment. The role will also involve managing external digital partners or agencies, ensuring consistent brand representation and efficient use of budget.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills to interpret ecommerce data, KPIs, and customer behavior, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, present findings, and interact with external partners in a clear and professional manner.
  • Proven experience in E-Commerce and Digital Platform Management, including online merchandising, user experience optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Background in Marketing and Sales, with experience planning and executing digital campaigns, promotions, and customer acquisition and retention initiatives.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical, healthcare, or regulated industries, including understanding of compliance and ethical marketing standards, is an advantage.
  • Proficiency with ecommerce tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, marketplace dashboards, CRM systems) and comfort working with spreadsheets and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt
