Role Description

This is a remote position for a Digital Ecommerce Development Lead based in Quezon City. The role entails overseeing and implementing the digital strategy for Greenika Skin Care's ecommerce platform, driving user engagement, and optimizing the digital customer experience. Key responsibilities include managing ecommerce projects, collaborating with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns, analyzing data to identify opportunities for growth, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives. The Digital Ecommerce Development Lead will also be responsible for coordinating cross-departmental efforts to improve operational efficiency and ensure timely delivery of digital goals.

• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, measure performance, and drive strategic decision-making
• Excellent Communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Digital Strategy and Digital Marketing to craft and execute comprehensive marketing plans
• Experience in Project Management with the ability to lead teams and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
• Knowledge of ecommerce platforms and tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field
• Proven ability to adapt to fast-changing market demands and succeed in a leadership role
