Job Title: UI/UX Designer (Digital/Product Design)

About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic design team. This role is ideal for designers with proven experience in Product Design (SaaS), E-commerce platforms, or Design Agencies, who can create visually compelling digital experiences and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
This is not a junior role — we are seeking candidates with deep expertise and a strong portfolio that demonstrates practical experience in the areas listed below.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and create visually stunning graphics and user interfaces for websites, SaaS platforms, mobile applications, social media, email campaigns, and other digital assets.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital channels, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Design engaging animations and interactive elements for social media and digital products.
- Stay up to date with design trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance our digital presence.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into exceptional digital experiences.
Must-Have Experience / Qualifications:
Candidates must have at least one of the following:
- Product Design (SaaS) experience from concept to launch.
- E-commerce website design (Shopify, BigCommerce) with custom design work — not templates.
- Design agency experience with a portfolio of diverse client projects.
Additional Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Digital or UI/UX Designer.
- Proficiency in Figma (preferred) and willingness to work in Adobe XD temporarily during transition.
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro).
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management and collaboration skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, Fine Arts, or related field is preferred.
