Key Responsibilities / Scope of Work
1. POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) Development
-Create digital POSM assets based on Key Visuals (KV) and elements from CBU.
Examples: Multispots, Mass Displays, Endcaps, Topshelves.
-Resize POSM assets based on CBU FFU structures (e.g., 2x2 to 1.5x1.5, resized endcaps, KV to poster).
-Design small digital POSM items including wobblers, shelf strips, and price cards.
-Produce POSM materials needed for ASC claim submissions.
-Deliver 19 initiatives quarterly with the following KPIs:
100% timely submission of drafts
100% accurate revisions based on inputs
Quality approved by BM/MS&P
2. Digital Asset Creation
-Relayout and adapt KV to online materials (Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
-Create 9 online assets per quarter for digital executions.
-Adapt KV to GIFs or other animated formats when required.
3. Promo Material Development
-Design promo belly bands (4 per cycle).
-Produce promo stickers (3 per cycle).
-Execute promo customizations (2 per cycle).
-Total 9 promo assets per quarter.
4. Category Management Design Tasks
-Create and revise 90 planograms per quarter for all channels.
-Consolidate planograms and prepare RPS/MQG files.
-Support category-related requests such as customer-specific KV relayouts.
-Deliver 9 assets per quarter for category asks.
5. 3D Pack Rendering
-Render 3D pack images of SKUs (3 per quarter).
-Ensure realistic lighting, angles, and brand accuracy.
6. Business Support Materials
-Create Business Review slides (QBP).
-Design QBP invites, teasers, and branding logos.
-Provide miscellaneous visual support for quarterly presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
-Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma, and similar design tools
-Ability to create 3D pack renders (KeyShot, Blender, or similar)
-Strong digital adaptation skills (KV relayout, resizing, format conversion)
Category & Marketing Skills
-Knowledge of Beauty category POSM requirements
-Experience in creating planograms and understanding retail display standards
-Understanding of brand identity, shopper marketing, and digital content creation
Soft Skills
-Attention to detail and accuracy
-Strong communication and collaboration
-Ability to work with multiple stakeholders
-Excellent time management to meet tight deadlines
