Position Title: Digital Delivery Lead

About The Role

The Digital Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of digital banking programs and technology projects, ensuring successful execution within approved timelines, budget, and scope. This role partners closely with business units, IT teams, architects, vendors, and key stakeholders to deliver innovative digital solutions that enhance customer experience and support the bank's strategic objectives. The position provides governance, risk oversight, and delivery leadership while ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security standards, and operational excellence requirements. The role also drives collaboration across cross-functional teams to achieve reliable, scalable, and customer-focused digital services.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of digital banking projects and programs.
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
• Develop and manage project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery milestones.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed scope and quality standards.
• Facilitate collaboration among business units, technology teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Review solution designs and technical approaches in partnership with architects and technical delivery teams.
• Monitor project risks, issues, dependencies, and action items, driving timely resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Establish and maintain appropriate project governance, reporting, and decision-making structures.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure alignment with approved financial plans.
• Lead stakeholder communications and provide regular updates on project progress, challenges, and achievements.
• Support Agile and hybrid delivery practices, including sprint ceremonies, retrospectives, and lessons-learned sessions.
• Coach, mentor, and guide project team members to promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Ensure implemented solutions align with enterprise architecture, security, compliance, and operational requirements.
• Proactively manage scope changes and develop mitigation or contingency plans for potential delivery impacts.
• Drive initiatives that support digital transformation, service reliability, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experience.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in project, program, or digital delivery management within banking, financial services, or a technology-driven organization.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, Agile delivery frameworks, and software development lifecycle practices.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams, multiple stakeholders, budgets, risks, and complex technology initiatives.
• Understanding of solution architecture, system integration, data flows, digital platforms, and enterprise technology environments.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
