The Role
We are seeking a talented and creative Designer to join our Project team. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly content for our game website Crazywin.ph). This role plays a crucial part in enhancing the onboarding experience for new employees and ensuring that information concerning all functions is easily accessible and engaging.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Collaborate with the HR team and other stakeholders to understand the project's objectives, content requirements, and design expectations.
- Develop a design concept and visual identity that aligns with the company's branding guidelines while enhancing the HR new hire page's aesthetics.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and design layouts that effectively organize and present content, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Design graphics, icons, illustrations, and other visual elements to complement information and improve user engagement.
- Select appropriate typography, color schemes, and imagery to create an appealing and accessible design.
- Ensure that the design is responsive and functions well on various devices and browsers (iOS, Android - mobiles, laptops, desktops, tablets, IE, Chrome, Firefox)
- Incorporate accessibility features to make the new hire page inclusive and compliant to relevant standards (e.g., WCAG)
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine the design and enhance user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with developers to implement the design on the Hub and ensure that it meets technical requirements.
- Provide clear documentation and guidelines for content creators and administrators to maintain design consistency.
Ideal Profile
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Website development or a related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.
- Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing web design projects and an understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Proficiency in design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma).
- Familiarity with content management and web development concepts, Google Sites preferred.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices (e.g., WCAG).
- Good English communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and a passion for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs.
- Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
