Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience managing end-to-end paid social media campaigns, from setup and launch to monitoring, optimization, and performance reporting
• Proven experience managing paid advertising campaigns, not limited to organic social media management, content creation, or unpaid social media activities
• Advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency, including complex formulas, PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, with the ability to demonstrate these skills through practical assessments
• Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret campaign performance, identify trends, and recommend data-driven optimizations
• Experience managing campaign data, reporting, workflows, and multiple concurrent deliverables while maintaining accuracy and meeting deadlines
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain end-to-end campaign experience, execution processes, challenges, decisions, and measurable results
• Proficiency in Google Docs and other productivity tools, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
• Excellent organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail in fast-paced environments
• Proactive, adaptable, and resourceful, with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and follow-through

Responsibilities

• Analyze paid social campaign performance data using advanced Excel and recommend budget, resource, and optimization opportunities
• Coordinate end-to-end paid social campaign planning, setup, launch, monitoring, tracking, and process improvements
• Evaluate internal tools and systems, providing practical feedback and enhancement recommendations
• Produce accurate performance reports, assess campaign results, and clearly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Partner with cross-functional teams to strengthen knowledge of business operations and workflows
• Establish efficient workflows and operational procedures for accurate and timely campaign delivery
• Participate in team meetings, training, and professional development sessions
