Role Overview
The Digital Content Producer is responsible for conceiving, producing, and delivering high-quality video assets and marketing content that advance Highspring's brand across social media and broader marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of storytelling, design, and emerging technology-translating strategic marketing priorities into visually compelling content that engages target audiences and drives measurable impact.
Operating as a hands-on creator and collaborative partner, the Digital Content Producer brings a strong creative sensibility, a pulse on evolving platform trends, and the technical proficiency to bring ideas to life from concept through final delivery. This role requires a proactive approach to ideation, a high standard for visual and production quality, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
The Digital Content Producer partners closely with cross-functional creative, social media, and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand, on-trend, and optimized for the platforms and audiences it serves.
Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Produce original video content and digital marketing assets for social media channels, campaigns, and integrated marketing initiatives-from short-form social clips to longer-form brand storytelling.
- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, emerging platforms, content formats, and production technologies, proactively bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
- Collaborate closely with creative, social media, and marketing teams-as well as cross-functional partners-to align on content objectives, develop concepts, and deliver assets that meet campaign goals.
- Creative Judgment - Exercises strong editorial judgment, balancing creativity, brand standards, business objectives, and audience needs to produce content that is both engaging and strategically effective.
- Manage end-to-end production workflows including pre-production planning, filming, editing, motion graphics, and final delivery across multiple formats and specs. Must be comfortable producing high volumes of content while maintaining exceptional creative quality and attention to detail.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools, automation, and innovative production methods to increase content velocity, ideation, and creative output without sacrificing quality.
- Champion a culture of creative experimentation-testing new content formats, analyzing performance data, and iterating based on insights to continuously improve content effectiveness.
- Maintain organized asset libraries and production documentation to support efficient workflows and brand consistency.
- Support brand consistency across all content touchpoints, ensuring visual and messaging alignment with established guidelines.

Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Film, Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- 3-5 years of experience producing video content and digital marketing assets, with a portfolio demonstrating range across social media, campaigns, and brand content.
Applicants must submit a reel showcasing video production, editing, and motion graphics work. Examples should demonstrate storytelling, creative range, and execution across multiple digital platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to concept, shoot, edit, and deliver polished video content across a variety of formats (short-form social, brand stories, product content, etc.).
- Strong working knowledge of current social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.) and content best practices for each.
- Proficiency in video editing and motion graphics tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and/or Final Cut Pro; design tools including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma.
- Experience with AI-powered creative tools and generative media platforms (e.g., Google Veo, Seedance, Runway, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Descript) to accelerate ideation and production workflows.
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com) and digital asset management workflows.
- Experience working within a brand-driven organization or agency environment, supporting multiple campaigns or business priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to establish content best practices and creative guidelines that ensure brand alignment, platform optimization, and repeatable production excellence.

Location: Multiple locations | Remote eligible with management approval
Travel Requirements: Less than 5%
