As a Digital Content Marketing Specialist, you'll execute and optimize ecommerce and digital content across Magento-driving revenue, enhancing user experience, and supporting healthcare-focused product visibility across ANZ markets.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, ecommerce, or related roles
  • Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, eCommerce, Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proven hands-on experience with Magento or similar enterprise CMS / ecommerce platforms
  • Experience creating digital content, including landing pages, social posts, banners, and sales collateral
  • Strong reporting and analytics experience, including GA4, Google Search Console, and campaign performance metrics
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (Dotdigital preferred), Canva, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and social media scheduling tools
  • Strong knowledge of SEO principles, on-page optimization, and digital asset creation
  • Experience in B2B, healthcare, medical devices, rehabilitation, or allied health environments highly desirable
  • Understanding of B2B ecommerce, clinical purchasing behaviors, and ANZ healthcare / NDIS market context is an advantage
  • Strong written English, commercial mindset, and confidence interpreting revenue and campaign performance
  • Highly organized, proactive, self-directed, and able to manage multiple priorities independently
  • Collaborative team player with strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional teamwork skills
  • Preferred: GA4 certification, Dotdigital certification, pagination tools experience, and Amazon Marketplace optimization exposure
  • Demonstrated ability to support strategy, adapt to change, deliver results, and build strong cross-team relationships

Your Daily Tasks

  • Create and manage Magento onsite content, including product listings, A+ content, catalogue structure, and navigation for the ANZ market
  • Maintain and optimize site merchandising, UX, product family groupings, and cross-sell opportunities
  • Coordinate product launches, campaign landing pages, promotional banners, and go-live readiness checks
  • Optimize product pages for search, conversion, and brand consistency through keywords, content, and imagery
  • Partner with global IT / development teams to resolve platform issues and coordinate asset approvals
  • Build ecommerce dashboards, analyze performance metrics, and deliver monthly insights with action plans
  • Create and schedule social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram, including paid campaign support and reporting
  • Develop and maintain digital brochures, catalogues, sales collateral, and organized digital asset libraries
  • Support marketing initiatives, maintain digital asset governance, and contribute continuous improvement ideas
