Job Description

The Digital Content Manager is responsible for the creation of the strategic direction our E-Commerce platform will take in content communications to achieve their business goals. He/She leverages on key insights, trend reports, and data to inform decisions for strategy development and process planning. He/ She shall collaborate with the E-Commerce leadership to help shape the future of the division through editorial direction, vision setting, audience awareness, and creative thinking. He/ She shall work closely with the Digital Campaigns and E-Merchandising Team in developing content and further the impact of communication and campaigns to customers, associates, and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or similar disciplines
  • At least 5 years experience in managing design and creative teams, with hands-on approach to editing. Experience in publishing company, advertising agency, or production company
  • People management/handling a team
  • MS Office/Apple OS
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop)
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong time management and organization skills
  • Relevant experience in production and/or publishing environments
  • Fashion media experience
  • Able to make timely decisions and anticipate problems
  • Information monitoring and analytical skills
  • Basic coding an advantage
