Job Description

About the role

We produce a high volume of visual content across multiple sub-brands and channels: executive search collateral, podcast assets, event campaigns (including our annual Gala), thought leadership for our Makers & Movers series, and ongoing social media. We're hiring a senior Digital Content Creator & Designer to be the production engine behind this output.

This is a hands-on production role for someone who finds creative fulfilment in execution craft, speed, and visual polish. You'll work from briefs and approved templates to produce a large, consistent volume of on-brand assets, fast. We're looking for senior production sensibility, someone who manages their own pipeline, anticipates needs, and doesn't require close direction on timelines.

How this role fits in the team

  • Solid line: Head of Marketing & Events when in seat for performance, growth, and overall priorities
  • Dotted line: Brand & Content Manager for brand standards, creative validation, and calendar-driven work
  • Direct engagement: Marketing Producer & Events Lead for event work (Gala, Makers & Movers, Podcast, Site Visits); Digital Marketing & Web Developer on web and digital campaigns; Videographer on video-related assets
  • You own: your own production pipeline, timeline management, asset library hygiene, template maintenance

What you'll own

Visual production

  • Banners and digital ads across web, social, email, and event channels
  • Social media assets for all sub-brands: feed posts, stories, carousels, LinkedIn graphics
  • Presentation decks for internal and external use, including pitch decks and event run-of-show visuals
  • Report layouts for thought leadership pieces, post-event reports, and executive search deliverables
  • Event collateral: Gala visuals, screen graphics for virtual event production, branded backgrounds, signage where applicable
  • Top 30 Winners visuals and Winner magazine layouts (our annual program)
  • Light motion graphics and video editing support in collaboration with the Videographer
  • Template systems: build and maintain locked templates in Figma and Canva so the broader team can produce on-brand assets quickly

Workflow

  • Work from briefs produced by the Brand & Content Manager (for calendar work) or Marketing Producer (for event work)
  • Validate creative output with the Brand & Content Manager before delivery on anything that touches brand
  • Manage your own timeline across competing requests; surface conflicts early rather than missing deadlines silently
  • Use AI image generation tools as part of your daily workflow – not as final outputs
  • Maintain version control and clean file organization in our shared asset library

Who you are

  • Strong visual designer. Your portfolio shows polish, consistency, and range across digital formats. You have a good eye for typography, composition, and color.
  • Production speed without sacrificing quality. You can produce 5–10 finished assets in a day when needed.
  • Self-managing on timelines. You don't need to be chased. You manage competing requests, raise conflicts early, and hit your deadlines.
  • Template-thinker. You build systems that scale, not one-offs.
  • Tool-fluent. Daily working knowledge of Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva. Comfortable with AI image generation tools.
  • Brand-disciplined. You stay on brand even when you might prefer to do something different. You partner with the Brand & Content Manager rather than working around them.
  • Comfortable with feedback loops. You take direction well, iterate quickly, and don't take revisions personally.

Nice to have

  • Experience designing for virtual events at scale
  • Light HTML/CSS knowledge for email and landing page tweaks
  • Basic video editing (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci)
  • Experience in executive search, professional services, or B2B media environments

What success looks like in the first 90 days

  • Day 30: You're producing daily on briefs with minimal back-and-forth. You've absorbed our visual systems for each sub-brand and you're managing your own queue.
  • Day 60: You've rebuilt or improved at least three template systems (Makers & Movers social templates, Gala collateral master, report layouts). Your dotted line with Brand & Content Manager is working smoothly.
  • Day 90: You're the go-to person for visual production across the team. Output volume is up materially. You're proactively surfacing capacity questions before they become deadline problems.

How to apply

Send your CV and a portfolio (link or PDF) with at least 5 recent examples across different formats. Briefly tell us about one project where you produced a high volume of assets under a tight deadline what made it work.
