Job Description

SPCE Corp. is looking for a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Digital Content Creation Intern for a 6-month hands-on program. In this role, you will be directly involved in producing daily social media content (images, short-form video/reels, animations, graphics, and written captions) for our different brands and projects.

This internship is ideal for candidates looking to build a real-world creative portfolio, practice on-site content capture, and gain experience running multi-brand content calendars.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Production & Creation

  • Multi-Format Assets: Create engaging graphics, basic motion graphics, video edits, reels, and written post captions tailored for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.
  • Content Gathering: Coordinate with team members to shoot photo and video content (on-site or during events) that reflects each brand's visual style.
  • Agile Posts: Produce fast-turnaround graphics or posts for urgent company announcements, promotions, and event updates.

2. Content Scheduling & Posting

  • Posting Consistency: Help maintain regular posting schedules across all designated brand accounts.
  • Calendar Maintenance: Assist in populating, updating, and maintaining the weekly social media content calendar under the guidance of the marketing team.

3. Creative Brainstorming & Collaboration

  • Idea Generation: Brainstorm fun, creative reel concepts, trends, and posts that highlight the synergies between our brands.
  • Teamwork: Work alongside the marketing, operations, and development teams to fulfill content requests and keep projects moving on schedule.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a degree in Mass Communications, Digital Media, Graphic Design, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Creative Tools: Hands-on experience with editing tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator).
  • Social Media Native: Familiarity with current social media trends, popular video formats, audio trends, and platform features (Reels, TikTok, Stories).
  • Skills: Basic photography/videography skills (using a camera or smartphone) and good copywriting skills.
  • Mindset: Enthusiastic, proactive, structured with deadlines, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
