Overview
We're looking for a strategic Digital Content and Services Specialist to join our growing team. The role requires the candidate to plan, coordinate, and execute go-to-market strategies for new product launches, feature rollouts, and market expansions.
As a key liaison between Product, Legal, Sales, and Customer Success teams, the candidate will ensure cross-functional alignment and successful delivery of our innovative service to market. This role requires a strong blend of project management, messaging, and analytical skills.
Functions
- Develop and execute content marketing strategies that align with business goals and target audiences.
- Collaborate with OTT, Content, and Digital Partners to create promos and programs to boost revenues
- Work with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success) to develop and execute GTM strategies for product launches and feature releases.
- Coordinate launch timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure on-time execution of GTM plans.
- Develop and maintain GTM playbooks, messaging frameworks, and positioning documents.
- Support product marketing in developing key assets such as sales decks, one-pagers, FAQs, website copy, and email campaigns.
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to inform positioning and pricing.
- Manage and monitor A&P Budgets
- Track launch performance, customer adoption, and sales enablement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Ensure internal teams are trained, informed, and equipped to successfully bring new offerings to market.
- Maintain feedback loops between teams to refine GTM processes and improve future launches
- Analyze and report on content performance metrics (traffic, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.
- Stay current on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technology and tools.

Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
- Degree in Digital, Marketing, or any Business-Related Qualification
- Previous work experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job, comparable to 1-2 years
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Background in technology, digital, and/or OTT products and services
