About The Role
As a
Digital Channel Head, you will lead the creation and value proposition of Security bank's retail digital experiences, manage and develop the Retail Channels Group - Digital Channel Division as product owner of the retail online banking application.
How You'll Contribute
- Retail online banking application end-to-end product management from ideation to execution to drive growth in customer base and product penetration, revenue growth and customer retention and customer satisfaction and cost efficiency
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, business leaders, etc., to drive digital roadmap alignment and launch features/products
- Drive the design and implementation of a scalable operating and servicing model for the Security Bank's digital channels
- Build and manage a high performing product management and development team.
What We're Looking For
- 8 to 10 Years related experience in digital product management/development preferably from the banking or fintech industry
- Must have deep experience in implementing digital products and enterprise systems
- Must have deep understanding of banking economics, particularly deposits and payments
- Must be able to work directly with regulators
- Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
- Exceptional leadership skills.
- Expert in product management, leadership, P&L, business analysis
- Very strong interpersonal skills
