Job Description

We're hiring: Digital Brand Manager | Manila, Philippines

A fast-growing eCommerce enabler operating across Southeast Asia's biggest marketplaces is looking for a Digital Brand Manager to own client relationships and drive brand growth across platforms.

About the company:

→ Southeast Asia-based eCommerce enabler managing brand partner stores on Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop

What you'll own:

→ End-to-end brand account management — building, developing, and nurturing long-term relationships with key brand principals and marketplace platform stakeholders

→ Go-to-market strategy — define and execute GTM plans with cross-functional internal teams across marketing, operations, and customer service

→ Performance analysis — interpret brand performance data and consumer behavior to surface insights, identify opportunities, and recommend action plans

→ Commercial agreements — lead and negotiate annual deals with eCommerce partners, setting clear KPIs and goals per account

→ Client communication — serve as the primary point of contact for brands, providing regular updates and advocating for the brand experience

→ Growth identification — track eCommerce trends and competitive market insights to unlock new opportunities for brand partners

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Proven experience in brand management and/or account management in an eCommerce or digital environment
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
  • Strong analytical ability — comfortable collecting, tracking, and interpreting large data sets to drive decisions
  • Deep understanding of consumer behavior, eCommerce trends, and marketplace dynamics (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop preferred)
  • Excellent active listening, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills in a fast-moving environment
