Digital Asset Coordinator (Admin + Photoshop 30%)
The Digital Asset Coordinator supports a fast-paced Live TV and e-commerce sales environment by ensuring the accurate coordination, processing, and delivery of photographic assets to web format. This role is critical to maintaining the speed and precision required for live broadcast schedules and high-volume online product launches.
The role requires image retouching expertise to ensure all products are represented accurately and consistently in line with brand standards and visual guidelines. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines are critical to success in this position.
Responsibilities:
1. Studio Operations & Coordination
· Coordinate product photography schedules, run sheets, and shot priorities
· Liaise with producers, merchandising, and studio teams to meet deadlines
· Track product movement and image status in real time
· Support fast turnaround during live and same-day sales cycles
· Maintain an organized, production-ready studio environment
2. Digital Asset Management
· Upload, organize, and manage high volumes of product images daily
· Ensure accuracy in file naming, SKUs, and metadata
· Maintain a structured and accessible digital asset library
· Prioritize urgent assets for live TV and web uploads
3. E-Commerce Support
· Coordinate image selection and delivery for website publishing
· Cross-check images with product details (SKU, description, pricing)
· Update and replace imagery for fast-moving or repeat products
· Work closely with web and merchandising teams
4. Image Retouching & Quality Control
· Retouch all images ensuring they are color correct with all marks removed: Categories include jewelry, fashion, beauty and home
· Demonstrated expertise in traditional image retouching using Adobe Photoshop (non-AI workflows), with experience in high-end macro jewelry retouching.
· Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, including precise path clipping, background removal, color correction, image enhancement, and detailed retouching to meet brand quality standards.
· Conduct quality checks to ensure all images meet standards
5. Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
· Work closely with studio, production, and digital teams
· Proactively identify workflow improvements to increase efficiency and output quality
· Stay updated with industry trends and tools and best practices
· Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
· Timely delivery of images for live TV and web launches
· High accuracy in image processing, file naming, and product data
· High-quality retouching aligned with brand standards
· Ability to meet tight deadlines with minimal errors
· Effective collaboration with photography and merchandising teams
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in digital media, Information Systems, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent experience in e-commerce or broadcast production
· Minimum of 2-3 years of experience of professional retouching experience (jewelry or high – end retouching, color correction)
· Demonstrated expertise in traditional image retouching using Adobe Photoshop (non-Ai workflows), with experience in high-end macro jewelry retouching.
· Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, including precise path clipping, background removal, color correction, image enhancement, and detailed retouching to meet brand quality standards.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
· Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
