About the Role

You own a defined volume of real estate photo outputs — editing, enhancing, and virtually staging property images against documented turnaround standards and client quality benchmarks. Your work feeds directly into the marketing pipeline of a U.S.-based real estate digital design firm, where output accuracy and visual consistency are non-negotiable.

This is not a creative exploration role. You operate within established editing protocols, deliver against set deadlines, and are trusted to apply professional judgment when quality or timeline is at risk. Best suited for photo editors who thrive on precision, volume management, and measurable output — not open-ended creative briefs.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• 2+ years of hands-on real estate photo editing experience in a production or client-delivery environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom, producing client-ready outputs at volume
• Working familiarity with AI-powered editing tools integrated into day-to-day workflows
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent editing projects and meet tight turnaround deadlines
• Willingness to work night shift (8:00 PM–5:00 AM PHT), aligned with U.S. business hours, and comply with onsite reporting requirements in Cebu City

Strong Signals

• Background in graphic design, visual arts, or photography
• Experience with virtual staging platforms (3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, or similar)
• Portfolio demonstrating real estate photo editing outputs (virtual staging examples a plus)

• Edit and enhance real estate photos for brightness, contrast, clarity, and overall composition
• Execute sky replacements, object removal, and interior refinement to client-ready quality
• Maintain a natural, realistic look across all edited assets without over-processing

Virtual Staging & Digital Presentation

You translate vacant property photos into market-ready visuals through accurate, high-quality digital staging.

• Digitally furnish vacant properties with furniture, décor, and spatial elements aligned with client expectations
• Produce staged outputs that meet realistic rendering standards required for real estate marketing use

AI-Powered Workflow Efficiency

You integrate AI editing tools into daily production to maintain throughput without sacrificing output quality.

• Apply AI-assisted editing solutions to streamline enhancement and staging processes
• Stay current on advances in AI-driven photo editing and digital staging technology relevant to production workflows

Project & Deadline Management

You manage your own output queue with full reliability — no missed deadlines, no unresolved backlogs.

• Handle multiple concurrent projects against defined turnaround timelines
• Coordinate with the team lead to flag risks, escalate blockers, and maintain pipeline integrity

Brand & Client Alignment

You produce work that reflects the client's visual standards — not personal interpretation.

• Align all image outputs with brand guidelines and client-defined quality expectations
• Collaborate with marketing and real estate stakeholders to ensure consistency across asset types
