Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Officer to join our growing team at Edusuite, Inc. This individual will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital and content marketing, lead generation, and the educational technology space

Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and optimize B2B lead generation campaigns across paid channels, SEO, and landing pages. 
  • Oversee the CRM ecosystem, including designing automated workflows, managing lead scoring models, maintaining database hygiene, and building nurture sequences to progress prospects through the marketing funnel. 
  • Manage website performance and landing page development, implementing structured testing and applying on-page SEO best practices to maximize lead capture and user engagement.
  • Research market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.
  • Provide operational support for lead generation events, industry conferences, and other ad-hoc marketing initiatives as needed to drive brand awareness and team collaboration

Collaboration and Reporting:
  • Work closely with the business development team to understand client needs, identify target audiences, and align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
  • Report regularly on marketing performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Participate in cross-functional team meetings to ensure alignment between marketing and sales efforts.

Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience of hands-on digital marketing experience with a proven track record in B2B lead generation
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Google Ads, CRM platforms (workflows, sequences, and reporting), and website/landing page management tools
  • Experience with B2B SaaS, Cloud solutions,  and/or other technology products is a plus.
  • Proficiency in relevant marketing tools and technologies.
  • Ability to thrive and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
