What You'll Do
- Manage and grow the company's social media platforms
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media and search advertising campaigns
- Support SEO initiatives and website updates
- Monitor community engagement and respond to online inquiries
- Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations
What We're Looking For
- 2–3 years of experience in digital or social media marketing
- Hands-on experience with social media platforms, Ads Manager, content scheduling tools, and basic graphic design or video editing
- Strong social media copywriting and content creation skills
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize results
- Creative, organized, and able to manage multiple projects effectively
