Job Overview
We are urgently looking for Digital & Social Media Specialists to join our team in Valenzuela. In this role, you will take ownership of our digital brand presence—creating and scheduling engaging content, executing targeted paid ad campaigns, nurturing online communities, and using data-driven analytics to maximize campaign performance.
Salary: ₱18,000 – ₱25,000 / month
Key Responsibilities
- Channel & Content Management: Manage and grow all social media channels; produce, design, and schedule engaging multimedia content.
- Paid Advertising Execution: Run paid social and search ad campaigns, continuously optimizing for lower Cost-Per-Lead (CPL) and higher Click-Through Rates (CTR).
- Community & SEO Support: Oversee community management and support SEO initiatives and website updates. * Performance Reporting: Track key channel metrics and present weekly performance and channel analytics reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: 2–3 years of hands-on digital and social media marketing experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with major social platforms, Ads Managers, social scheduling platforms, and basic visual design or video editing tools.
- Core Strengths: Highly data-driven with excellent social copywriting skills.
