GrowthAssistant is hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist to help scale digital campaigns for U.S.-based clients. This is a remote, full-time role for experienced Filipino digital marketers who excel at managing and optimizing paid campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Snapchat, and other platforms.
You'll use data-driven strategies to improve campaign performance and drive measurable business growth perfect for someone who's both creative and analytical.

What You'll Do
- Build, QA, and launch campaigns following established structures, budgets, and naming conventions.
- Monitor pacing and performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, CPM, CPA, and CVR.
- Conduct A/B tests on creatives, ad sets, and audiences to improve campaign results.
- Maintain accurate reports, spend trackers, and performance documentation.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams via Slack, email, and video calls.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of Meta Ads experience (LinkedIn, TikTok, or Snapchat experience is a plus).
- Strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization best practices.
- Skilled in Google Sheets or Excel for data tracking and reporting.
- Excellent English communication skills and experience working with U.S.-based clients.
- Highly organized, analytical, and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Nice to Have
- Agency background or multi-brand account management experience.
- Familiarity with Slack, Asana, Notion, or Airtable.
- Basic design skills in Canva or Figma.
- Exposure to creative testing and strategy.
