Role Overview

We are hiring a Digital Advertising Specialist to manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta and Google Ads platforms.

This role is ideal for an experienced performance marketer who can confidently manage campaigns, analyze results, communicate with clients, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate has experience managing paid media campaigns for established brands with monthly advertising budgets of $100,000+ USD and is comfortable making strategic optimization decisions at scale while maintaining strong performance and ROI.

Salary: $2,500 USD per month

Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Performance Max
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and business goals
  • Conduct audience, creative, bidding, and landing page testing
  • Scale successful campaigns while maintaining efficiency
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations
  • Participate in client calls and present performance updates confidently
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support campaign strategy and execution
  • Maintain accurate reporting and performance tracking

Requirements

  • Resume in English.
  • Native or near-native English proficiency (spoken and written).
  • 3+ years of experience as a Digital Advertising Specialist, Paid Media Specialist, or similar role
  • Experience managing advertising budgets of $100,000+ USD per month for established brands or high-growth companies.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns
  • Experience managing campaigns for established or larger businesses (not only small local accounts)
  • Strong understanding of PPC strategy, audience targeting, campaign structure, and conversion optimization
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics including ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion rates
