The Role

We're seeking a Digital Advertising Specialist. This role is designed for a detail-oriented and creative professional with a strong background in digital property advertising and content coordination.

You'll play a key role in managing and optimizing property listings across multiple advertising platforms, ensuring accuracy, visual quality, and brand consistency while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.

Location: Must be in Colombia Remote.

Environment: Colombian and International Teams.

Language: Advanced English (B2+ - C1).

Timezone: Monday to Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM PST.

Contract: Non-fixed Term Colombian Contract.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree or technical studies in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related fields.
  • Experience: 2+ years of previous experience in digital advertising, property marketing, social media management, or content coordination roles. Experience working with real estate platforms is a plus.
  • Skills: Digital advertising coordination, content management, photo editing, reporting, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with tools such as SharePoint, spreadsheets, and listing platforms (e.g., Zillow, RentCafe, Yardi).
  • Characteristics: Detail-oriented, proactive, creative, highly organized, and able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

Responsibilities

Property Advertising Coordination

  • Collaborate with the Regional Property Supervisors (RPS) and various departments to gather detailed information on properties and identify those ready for advertising.
  • Coordinate with Yardi and Zillow to ensure timely and accurate ad placements, and resolve any issues related to property listings.
  • Work closely with photographers and relevant departments to secure necessary assets (photos, floor plans, 3D tours) and ensure all elements required for listings are properly organized and ready for use

Management and Organizational Support

  • Manage and organize all property marketing assets, including photos, Matterport virtual tours, and other digital materials, in SharePoint and spreadsheets for easy access and sharing.
  • Edit photos as needed to maintain high-quality standards for marketing purposes.

RentCafe & Elise Listings Management

  • Oversee and update RentCafe listings to ensure they are accurate, complete, and visually appealing.
  • Verify that all property details are up-to-date, including descriptions, amenities, photos, and any additional relevant information.
  • Coordinate with the IT team when necessary to ensure that listings in RentCafe are in sync with Yardi and are accurately reflected on Zillow and other advertising platforms.

Administrative and Reporting Tasks

  • Track and monitor all Zillow ads and RentCafe listings, identifying and reporting any issues or discrepancies.
  • Prepare and maintain regular reports on ad performance, property status, and updates to provide insights to the team and assist with strategic planning.
