Job Overview
We are seeking a data-driven and strategic Digital Ads Media Specialist to lead our paid media efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of multi-channel advertising campaigns, from initial keyword research and audience segmentation to final reporting and return on investment analysis. You will manage significant financial resources and have the autonomy to make real-time optimizations that drive brand growth.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution: Develop and launch multi-channel digital advertising campaigns to meet lead generation and revenue targets.
- Budget Management: Monitor daily budget pacing and reallocate funds to ensure maximum efficiency across all active platforms.
- Performance Optimization: Conduct continuous A/B split testing on ad headlines and visual assets to improve conversion rates.
- Technical Oversight: Audit conversion tracking pixels and tags to ensure data accuracy throughout the digital sales funnel.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex web traffic and conversion data to produce comprehensive reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Partner with graphic designers and web developers to optimize landing pages and creative materials.
- Market Intelligence: Research emerging advertising technologies and platform updates to maintain a competitive market edge.
Educational Background And Work Experiences
- Education: Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of direct experience in paid media management and performance marketing.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in Google Ads (Search and Display) and Social Media Advertising (Meta and LinkedIn). Programmatic Advertising.
- Competent in Web Analytics and advanced Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables and data modeling).
- Working knowledge of Conversion Tracking and Tag Management systems.
