Job Description

Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to digital ads and content.
Assist in scheduling and coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
Provide excellent customer service via call center and online platforms.
Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales OR Minimum of 2 years CSR/TSR experience
Higher offer for candidates with:
At least 2 years overall work experience
