Job Description

  • Manage and respond to customer inquiries related to digital ads and content.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinating digital marketing campaigns.
  • Provide excellent customer service via call center and online platforms.
  • Utilize technical skills to troubleshoot issues and provide solutions.
  • At least 6 months experience in Digital Ads, Content Moderation, Digital Marketing, or Digital Sales OR Minimum of 2 years CSR/TSR experience
  • Higher offer for candidates with:
  • At least 2 years overall work experience

  • Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
  • Amenable to shifting schedules
