Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced DevOps & Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Architect with strong Pre-Sales and Solutioning expertise. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales, customers, and delivery teams to design scalable, resilient, secure, and automated cloud-native solutions. The role involves solution architecture, technical presentations, proposal creation, customer workshops, estimations, and driving DevOps/SRE transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers during pre-sales discussions and discovery workshops.
- Architect enterprise-scale DevOps, SRE, and Cloud solutions.
- Define CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), Observability, and Reliability frameworks.
- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, SOWs, and effort estimations.
- Conduct solution presentations, demos, and RFP/RFI responses.
- Design deployment strategies for cloud and containerized environments.
- Define SRE practices including SLIs, SLOs, Error Budgets, Incident Management, and Reliability Engineering.
- Collaborate with delivery teams to transition solutions into implementation.
- Drive automation, security, governance, and operational excellence initiatives.
