Job Description
Job Summary
- Oversees the digital assurance services and the governance program for agile projects of the
- Bank.
- Creates, leads, and implements the DevOps Strategy of the Group.
- a. Leads the development and implementation of the DevOps strategy to accelerate time-to-
- market, improve software quality, and increase operational efficiency.
- b. Develops and maintains comprehensive DevOps policies and procedures to guide the
- Bank's DevOps practices.
- c. Collaborates with application development divisions, IT operations, and quality assurance
- teams to implement automated processes for continuous integration and delivery
- (CI/CD), testing, and monitoring.
- d. Promotes a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and innovation within the
- organization, fostering the adoption of DevOps practices.
- e. Oversees the digital assurance function:
- - Establishes automation testing strategies, techniques, tools, and
- frameworks; and
- - Manages the automated testing platform and testing service providers.
- f. Develops a strategic plan to integrate DevOps practices within the Agile framework,
- ensuring that the plan aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
- g. Implements the integrationstrategy across projects, ensuring consistency and alignment
- with business needs.
- Bachelor's degree in IT or any related field of study
- Abilities:
- - Advanced software testing skills
- - Advanced agile project management skills
- - Advanced agile systems management skills
- - Advanced agile systems analysis and design skills
- Working knowledge of:
- - Bank applications and interface requirements
- (Advanced)
- - IT processes, methodologies and procedures
- (Advanced)
- - Banking principles and terminology
- - Banking and financial services operations
- 7-10 years in IT. With 3-5 years of experience managing a DevOps team
