DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead and mature our deployment, CI/CD, monitoring, and infrastructure reliability practices across proprietary platforms.

This is a senior individual contributor role with direct management responsibility for a Junior DevOps Engineer. You'll bring engineering judgment to improve deployment consistency, monitoring signal quality, and platform reliability while operating carefully within an existing production system.

Key Responsibilities:

• CI/CD Pipeline Ownership: Assess, design, and document deployment pipelines; define rollback procedures and approval gates.
• Deployment & Infrastructure: Own Cloudflare DNS/CDN/load balancer configuration; manage production deployments across e-commerce and ERP/OMS/PMS platforms.
• Monitoring & Observability: Extend BetterStack monitoring, expand Playwright synthetic monitoring, and establish incident response procedures.
• Incident Response: Act as senior decision-maker during production incidents, leading resolution and post-incident reviews.
• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a Junior DevOps Engineer in the Philippines; collaborate with US-based DevOps peers; enforce technical standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• 5+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in DevOps/CI/CD.
• Proven experience transitioning and owning infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Windows Server/IIS, Linux, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).
• Hands-on experience with Cloudflare administration, ASP.NET MVC deployments, and production monitoring tools (BetterStack, Playwright).
• Background in e-commerce or high-traffic platforms where uptime is critical.
• Excellent written communication skills in English, with strong documentation discipline.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
