About this Featured Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to manage applications running on large-scale Kubernetes clusters. This opportunity involves working on critical infrastructure that supports Java-based applications, while ensuring seamless application services on top of Kubernetes. You'll work closely with developers and cross-functional teams to drive automation, enhance scalability, and maintain reliability across a global, remote team.

The Opportunity for You:

• Manage production deployments, releases, and operational activities.
• Participate in on-call, incident response, troubleshooting, and RCA.
• Develop scripts/tools and automation to reduce manual operational work.
• Build and maintain observability using metrics, logs, dashboards, and alerts.
• Work with Kubernetes, containers, and/or public cloud environments.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and reliability and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with development and platform teams on production readiness and reliability.

Key Success Factors:

• 7+ years of hands-on SRE experience managing and running large-scale services and applications with Kubernetes.
  • Must have good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Kubernetes experience running and troubleshooting application services on a Kubernetes ecosystem.
  • Experience with large-scale Kubernetes clusters
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities, experience with monitoring tools, and on-call support for deployments and issue resolution.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Programming experience with Python.
• Proficiency in SRE tools such as: Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, Terraform, Spinnaker, Helm Charts.

Nice to Haves:

• Comfortable working in a production/on-call environment.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring, logging, and observability tools.
• Strong understanding of Linux and Shell scripting
