Primary Responsibility

Required Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Python development in production environments (e.g., FastAPI, Flask)
- 3+ years of experience leading or managing engineering teams (minimum team size of 3+)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning and automation
- 3+ years of experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar
- 2+ years of experience designing and building APIs, microservices, and distributed systems in production environments
- 1+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred), including services such as Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, or EC2
- 1+ year of experience working with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- 1+ year of exposure to AI/ML or LLM-based systems (e.g., model integration, prompt engineering, or inference workflows)
- Experience building internal platforms, developer tooling, or reusable frameworks (at least 1-2 implementations)
- Experience working in large-scale enterprise environments supporting high-availability systems
- Demonstrated ability to lead design discussions and drive technical decisions across teams
